2. How to Enter

To participate in the SEOFOMO x ATHENS SEO raffle, you just need to: 

1. Be an SEOFOMO Free newsletter subscriber. If you’re not yet, you can subscribe here for free.  
2. Publish a Post on LinkedIn between April 17, 2026 and April 29, 2026 expressing your excitement about the upcoming ATHENS SEO event by including: “I want to win the #SEOFOMO x #AthensSEO Raffle and attend to Athens SEO!” while using the #AthensSEO and #SEOFOMO hashtags in your LinkedIn post. This will help us track your entry to be included in the raffle.

3. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible LinkedIn posts using a random number generator and will be announced on April 30, 2026 in Aleyda Solis’ LinkedIn and the SEOFOMO Newsletter. 

The winner will be notified via direct message on LinkedIn within 3 days of the announcement and must respond within 2 days to claim the prize, or another winner will be selected.

4. Eligibility

Only posts that fulfill all the eligibility requirements mentioned above will be considered for the draw.

Entrants must be at least 18 years old. Employees of ATHENS SEO and SEOFOMO/Orainti, along with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

   * All taxes, fees, and expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. 4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period online by “2.1. Create a Post on LinkedIn: To participate in the raffle, you just need to share your excitement about the upcoming ATHENS SEO Conference by sharing the following in a LinkedIn Post: “I want to win the #SEOFOMO x #AthensSEO Raffle and attend to ATHENS SEO!” 2.2. Use the Hashtags in your Post: Make sure to include #AthensSEO and #SEOFOMO in your LinkedIn post. This helps us track your entry to be included in the raffle. 2.3. Post Timing: Your post must be published between April 17, 2026 and April 29, 2026 to enter the raffle.
   
   Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. 6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via direct message on LinkedIn within 3 days of the draw and must respond within 2 days to claim the prize, or another winner will be selected. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), spam, junk email or any other security setting,  or technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winners failure to adequately monitor any email or social media account.If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \”the Prize Claim Documents\”). 10. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF The Kingdom of Spain, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Spain having jurisdiction.
