How to Enter

To participate in the SEOFOMO Global Search Community Giveaway you need to:

1. Subscribe to the free SEOFOMO newsletter and confirm your email.
2. Get your unique referral link from your referral hub (a link to it will be included in every SEOFOMO newsletter edition starting on May 31st, 2026).
3. Share it with fellow search marketers.
4. Each verified, double-opted-in new subscriber from your link counts as one additional eligible entry.

Every qualified referral gives you another eligible entry in the draw, while keeping the campaign focused on real search marketers joining the community.

Referred subscribers must remain subscribed and verified through the referral validation period defined in the Official Rules to count as eligible entries.

Only verified, legitimate subscribers count as eligible referrals. Fraudulent, duplicate, disposable, automated, or self-generated referrals are not eligible.

Winner Selection and Notification

The SEOFOMO Global Search Community Giveaway – The Road to 50K Challenge begins on May 31st, 2026 and ends when SEOFOMO reaches 50,000 verified newsletter subscribers or on the published December 31st, 2026, whichever occurs first.

Only verified referrals generated during the active campaign period — between the Start Date and the campaign End Date — are eligible to participate in the giveaway.

One Grand Prize winner and five Community Experience winners will be selected at random from all eligible verified entries after the campaign ends.

Winner selection will be conducted using SparkLoop’s automated random winner-selection functionality from verified eligible entries only. Each verified referral counts as one additional eligible entry in the draw.

To be considered eligible:

• Referrals must come from real subscribers using the participant’s unique referral link.
• Referred subscribers must complete double opt-in confirmation through Kit (formerly ConvertKit).
• Referred subscribers must remain subscribed through the Referral Validation Period defined in the Official Rules.
• Fraudulent, duplicate, disposable, automated, self-generated, manipulated, or invalid referrals will not count and may lead to disqualification.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their SEOFOMO subscription.

If a selected winner:

• does not respond within the notification period specified in the Official Rules,
• is found to be ineligible,
• declines the prize,
• or cannot complete the verification process,

SEOFOMO reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Winner announcements may also be shared publicly through SEOFOMO channels, including the newsletter, website, and/or Aleyda Solis’ social media profiles, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Do I need to buy anything to participate?

No. Participation is completely free. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

How are referrals tracked?

Referrals are tracked through SparkLoop, the referral management platform used by the SEOFOMO newsletter. Subscriber confirmation and subscription status are managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit). SparkLoop and Kit help verify referrals and filter out invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent referrals.

How is the winner chosen?

The winners are selected through SparkLoop’s automated random winner-selection function from eligible verified entries. Each verified referral counts as one additional eligible entry.

When does the campaign start and end?

The campaign starts on May 31st, 2026  and ends when SEOFOMO reaches 50,000 verified subscribers, or on December 31st, 2026, whichever comes first. The exact End Date will be announced on seofomo.co and/or SEOFOMO or Aleyda’s social channels within 48 hours of being reached.

Does the Grand Experience prize include travel or accommodation?

No. The Grand Experience only covers the specified conference ticket from the available options (or the closest equivalent available), up to EUR 1,800 including applicable taxes, the SEOFOMO swag package, and the private session with Aleyda. Travel, accommodation, visas, transportation, insurance, meals, workshops, add-ons, or any other expenses are the winner’s responsibility.

Can I participate from anywhere in the world?

Participants from many countries worldwide are eligible, except where prohibited or restricted by law.

What happens if I cannot travel to any of the available conferences in the Grand Prize?

If the grand prize winner doesn’t want or can’t travel to any of the conferences, may choose the Backup Digital Prize instead:

1. One private 90-minute virtual SEO / AI Search strategy session with Aleyda Solis.

What counts as a valid referral?

A valid referral is a new subscriber who signs up via your unique referral link, confirms via double opt-in, is a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction, and remains subscribed through the 14-day Referral Validation Period. Fraudulent, duplicate, disposable, automated, or self-generated referrals do not count and may lead to disqualification.

What about taxes?

Orainti SL will handle the Spanish ingreso a cuenta where required by Spanish tax law. Winners outside Spain are responsible for any income tax, import duties, or other taxes that may apply in their country of residence.

How is my data handled?

Your data is processed by Orainti SL, the Data Controller, for administering the giveaway and, where you have opted in, delivering the SEOFOMO newsletter. See the SEOFOMO Privacy Policy for full details on your rights under GDPR.

Ticket tier, package structure, included benefits, workshops, add-ons, and event access may vary by event organizer, ticket type, and availability.

1. Organizer

The SEOFOMO Global Search Community Giveaway – The Road to 50K Challenge (the “Promotion”) is organized by Orainti SL, C/ Orfila 5, Esc1, 4º CyD, 28010, Madrid, Spain (the “Organizer” or “Sponsor”), owner of SEOFOMO.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 31st, 2026 and ends on the earlier of: (a) the moment the SEOFOMO newsletter reaches 50,000 verified, active subscribers as recorded by the SEOFOMO email service provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit), or (b) December 31st, 2026 at 23:59 CET (Madrid time) (the “End Date”).

The End Date will be announced on seofomo.co and/or the official SEOFOMO or Aleyda Solis social media channels within 48 hours of being reached.

3. Eligibility

Open to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are aged 18 or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher), are legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction, and are not employees, contractors, immediate family members, or household members of Orainti SL, SEOFOMO, Finchling Ltd, or any company providing services in connection with the administration of the Promotion.

This Promotion is void in the State of Rhode Island (USA) and in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.

4. How to Enter

To enter, subscribe to the SEOFOMO newsletter free of charge, confirm the subscription via double opt-in, obtain your unique referral link from the SEOFOMO subscriber referral hub, and share it with fellow search marketers.

Each new natural person who (i) subscribes to SEOFOMO via your referral link, (ii) confirms via double opt-in, (iii) is a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction, and (iv) remains subscribed through the Referral Validation Period counts as one eligible entry for the referring participant.

Each verified referral counts as one additional eligible entry. Entries are tracked through SparkLoop, the referral management platform used by SEOFOMO, with subscriber confirmation and subscriber status managed through Kit (formerly ConvertKit).

5. Referral Validation Period

A referral becomes eligible 14 days after the referred subscriber confirms their subscription, provided they have remained subscribed throughout that period.

Referrals that have not completed the Referral Validation Period by the End Date will be processed in good faith and will count if they validate within 14 days after the End Date.

6. Referral Fraud and Abuse

• Fake, duplicate, temporary, disposable, role-based, or auto-generated email addresses.
• Self-referrals or referrals created using alternate identities or email addresses controlled by the same person.
• Referrals obtained via bots, scripts, paid traffic that violates SEOFOMO terms or platform rules, referral farming, coordinated manipulation, or any other automated or deceptive means.
• Referrals of persons who unsubscribe before the end of the Referral Validation Period.
• Referrals from or of persons who are not legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction.

Orainti SL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to invalidate entries, suspend participants, refuse prize fulfilment, or disqualify any participant where it reasonably suspects abuse, manipulation, identity fraud, automated activity, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the Promotion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

One grand prize winner and five community experience winners will be selected after the End Date and completion of the Referral Validation Period for final entries.

Winners will be selected by SparkLoop through its automated random winner-selection function from all eligible verified entries. SparkLoop’s draw is weighted by the number of verified referrals each participant has accumulated.

Orainti SL may override an auto-selected winner only where that winner is ineligible under these Official Rules, including but not limited to ineligible jurisdiction, age, employee/family relationship, or confirmed fraud. In that case, a replacement winner will be drawn through the same SparkLoop process.

Winners will be notified by email at the email address associated with their SEOFOMO subscription within seven (7) days of the draw and must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within that period, is ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to complete any required verification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Organizer decisions regarding eligibility, referrals, fraud prevention, and winner selection are final and binding.

8. Prize: 1 x SEOFOMO Global Search Community Grand Experience

The grand prize consists of: (a) one standard conference ticket, or the closest equivalent available, purchased by Orainti SL on the winner’s behalf to one eligible SEO conference event or donated by the event, with a maximum ticket value of EUR 1,800 including applicable taxes, subject to availability; (b) a SEOFOMO swag package shipped to the winner’s verified postal address; and (c) one private 60-minute SEO / AI Search Q&A session with Aleyda Solis, held virtually or in person at the chosen conference if schedules align.

The prize covers the standard conference ticket, or closest equivalent available, only.

Travel, accommodation, visas, transportation, insurance, meals, internet access, equipment, ticket upgrades, workshops, add-ons, VIP packages, and any other expenses not expressly listed are not included.

Conference participation, scheduling, format, speakers, ticket inventory, and event experiences are controlled solely by the respective conference organizers and may change without notice. If a selected event becomes unavailable due to cancellation, sellout, postponement, ticket restrictions, or any other reason, Orainti SL may offer an alternative eligible conference of comparable value or the Backup Digital Prize.

10. Backup Digital Prize

If the grand prize winner chooses not to attend any eligible conference for any reason – including travel, scheduling, visa, health, or personal preference – they may instead receive the Backup Digital Prize.

The Backup Digital Prize consists of: a) One private 90-minute virtual SEO / AI Search strategy session with Aleyda Solis. b) SEOFOMO swag package, including a hoodie, cup and notebook. c) Invitation to the 60-minute virtual SEO & AI Search group Q&A session with Aleyda Solis.

11. Prize: 5 x SEOFOMO Global Search Community Experiences

Five additional winners will each receive access to an exclusive 60-minute virtual SEO & AI Search group Q&A session with Aleyda Solis and WTSFest London 2027 Recording Ticket. These prizes have no cash equivalent and are not transferable.

12. Prize Restrictions

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. No substitution is permitted except at the Organizer’s discretion where a prize or prize element becomes unavailable, in which case the Organizer may provide a prize or prize element of equal or greater value where reasonably possible.

The SEO / AI Search private group Q&A and strategy sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement with the winners within six (6) months of prize confirmation. If a winner does not schedule or attend within that period, other than due to Aleyda Solis’s unavailability, that element may be forfeited.

13. Taxes

As a Spanish company, Orainti SL is subject to Spanish tax law in respect of this Promotion. Under Article 75 of the Spanish Personal Income Tax Regulation (Reglamento del IRPF), in-kind promotional prizes with a retention base exceeding EUR 300 may be subject to an ingreso a cuenta payable by the promoter. Where required, Orainti SL will pay the applicable Spanish ingreso a cuenta directly to the Spanish Tax Agency. This payment is borne by Orainti SL and is not deducted from the prize.

Winners residing in Spain may receive a tax certificate from Orainti SL documenting the prize value and the ingreso a cuenta paid, to be included in their annual IRPF declaration where applicable.

Winners residing outside Spain are solely responsible for declaring the prize to their local tax authority and for paying any income tax, import duties, or other taxes that may be due in their country of residence. Orainti SL makes no representation about the tax treatment of the prize outside Spain. Winners are advised to consult their own tax advisor.

14. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree that Orainti SL / SEOFOMO may publicly announce their first name, last initial, country of residence, professional role, company, and/or social profile for promotional purposes related to this Promotion, unless prohibited by law. Winners may withdraw this consent at any time by written notice to Orainti SL, in which case SEOFOMO will remove such promotional references where reasonably possible, except where retention is required by law.

15. Data Protection

Participant personal data will be processed by Orainti SL as Data Controller in accordance with the SEOFOMO Privacy Policy available at https://hub.seofomo.co/privacy-policy/, solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, validating referrals, selecting and notifying winners, delivering prizes, and complying with applicable tax and legal obligations.

SEOFOMO uses Kit (formerly ConvertKit) for email subscription management and SparkLoop for referral tracking and referral validation. Personal data may be processed by these service providers, including outside the EEA, with international transfers protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards under GDPR Chapter V.

Lawful bases include consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for newsletter subscription and Promotion entry, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for fraud prevention, and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) for tax record-keeping in respect of winners. Participants have the rights set out in GDPR Articles 15-22 and the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

16. Supplemental Sweepstakes Terms for US and International Participants

For participants in jurisdictions that treat this Promotion as a sweepstakes or promotional prize draw, these Official Rules are intended to serve as the applicable official rules. The Promotion is free to enter, no purchase is necessary, and any payment or purchase will not increase the chance of winning.

By participating, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules and with the Organizer’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Entrants should contact Orainti SL with any questions, comments, or issues related to the Promotion.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible verified entries received and the number of verified referrals each participant has accumulated, as tracked through SparkLoop.

Potential winners may be required to provide reasonable information needed to verify eligibility, deliver the prize, satisfy tax or compliance obligations, or complete standard prize acceptance documentation. Failure to provide required information within a reasonable timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orainti SL, SEOFOMO, and their service providers are not responsible for technical failures, email delivery issues, referral tracking issues, inaccurate entry information, unauthorized access, event cancellations, travel disruptions, scheduling conflicts, postal or customs issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control affecting participation or prize fulfilment.

If the Promotion cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, legal restrictions, platform unavailability, or any other cause that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Orainti SL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion and, where appropriate, award prizes from eligible verified entries received before the issue arose.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Organizer’s negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Spanish law.

18. Disputes and Governing Law

These Official Rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion shall be resolved individually and, where legally permitted, before the competent courts of Spain. Mandatory consumer protection rights in a participant’s country of residence remain unaffected.

19. Modification, Suspension, or Cancellation

Orainti SL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if necessary for operational, legal, fraud-prevention, security, or platform-related reasons. Material updates will be communicated through SEOFOMO channels where reasonably possible.

20. No Affiliation with Conferences or Social Platforms

The conferences listed as eligible options and any social media platform on which the Promotion may be promoted are not sponsors, administrators, or operators of this Promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise. They have no responsibility for the Promotion and no role in entry validation or winner selection. Orainti SL purchases the standard conference ticket, or closest equivalent available, on the open market on the winner’s behalf, subject to availability and the applicable conference ticket terms.

21. Winner List

The confirmed winners will be announced on seofomo.co, in the SEOFOMO newsletter, and/or on SEOFOMO or Aleyda Solis social media channels after winner confirmation is complete.
